| 2 | Will study leave vacancies be shown in counselling? | Yes, but such teachers aren't eligible for counselling. |
| 3 | SA surplus post with one eligible for HM promotion – who should apply for transfer? | Junior teacher, unless senior gets promoted, then junior can be retained. |
| 4 | Category change in school – how is 5-year cap counted for HMs? | Max 5 years combined for SA and HM cadres in same school. |
| 5 | PGTs in Plus 2 schools with 8 years service – compulsory transfer? | Yes. Combined service in same school is counted. |
| 6 | PET working & SA(PD) post allotted – less than 2 years – eligible for exemption? | Yes. And SA(PD) post won't be shown as vacant. |
| 7 | Teacher who used preferential points in 2023 & had surgery – can avail again? | No. Can be used only once in 8 years. |
